-Customized Resistance (weight training) Program, a certified personal trainer will walk you through and teach you proper biomechanics
-Customized Cardiovascular Program that is designed and checked at each training session
-Body Composition taken every two weeks to check progress in program
-Before and After photos taken
You make it seem so simple--- "Eat like this, exercise like that, and you will get these results."
And maybe it is simple for you, since you have obviously done this very successfully many, many times. But for someone like me, who has a rather checkered track record of success and failure, it is sheer delight to work with somebody who clearly knows his stuff. Thanks!

We joined Colaw Fitness as a couple in January to shape up, lose weight and develop a consistently healthy lifestyle that included proper diet and muscle tone. We are both in our early fifties and want to increase and maintain body suppleness and strength now and as we age.
We have made significant progress toward our goals and have also experienced improvements we didn’t realize possible. For differing reasons we each had range of motion limitations in a shoulder; this with accompanying pain. Our range of motion has returned to normal range and the accompanying pain is significantly less.
The staff provides a positive, encouraging atmosphere. Our trainer, Jerome is our encourager, as well as our strength coach. It is evident he sincerely desires to help us and although he continues to push us with challenges, he understands that we all have “good days” and “bad days”. After recently loosing a fellow colleague and a close family Friend both from heart related deaths, I knew it was time to Start a physical fitness routine and start eating better before I too was a statistic of heart disease. Now after 14 weeks, I’ve lost 40 lbs, reduced my body fat By 16% and gained 14 lbs of muscle, WOW I feel great and The nutrition program created for me specifically by my personal Trainer was phenomenal. Colaw Fitness gym gets an A+ in my book, the personal trainers are all professional, fun, enthusiastic, friendly, and very Helpful at answering my every question or concern. From the first Hello! How are you doing today? When you walk into the gym, until that last Good job! How was your workout? Before you walk out the door. Colaw Fitness personnel are all about YOU!! I look forward to my workout each day, and I get to choose when to workout because of the convenient 24 hour access. When you join the Colaw Fitness gym you become a member of the Colaw Fitness extended family. My only regret about Colaw Fitness gym is that I did not join sooner. I’m so excited and can’t wait to see want I will accomplish in the next 10 weeks.

Colaw Fitness is the best gym I have ever had the opportunity to work out in and that provides everything I need to have a great workout. My trainer, Jerome Longacre not only set up a meal plan that was right for me but if I had a problem with the meal plan he took time to sit down with me and figure out what was wrong. Before starting the personal training sessions with him I had no confidence in myself but after the first day I seen how much he supported me and wanted me to achieve my goals as much as I wanted to and that showed me that I wasn’t alone in this but I had someone I could turn to if I had a problem. The gym has a good atmosphere so you can get a great workout and meet other people where at the other gyms I’ve been at no one talked to you and I really enjoyed that at Colaw’s. I have lost 42 pounds and gained 12 pounds of muscle in just 12 weeks.
I would strongly recommend anyone that wanted to loose weight or gain muscle and would like to have someone that will stand by your side and help you achieve your goals then Colaw Fitness is the place you need to be. I am very satisfied with my results and how well Jerome and Charles was there anytime I needed to talk to someone about my workout or my meal plan. At Colaw Fitness it has a Christian atmosphere and everyone is so friendly it makes you want to go to the gym every chance you can you get a great workout and get to make friends all at the same time.
